Ms. Nyamweya holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya school of Law.
She has over 5 years’ experience as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in Kenya and UK and is also a qualified Certified Public Secretary (CPA) Part III.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Nyamweya was engaged as a Litigation Associate at Gikera & Vadgama Advocates where she successfully represented clients in cutting edge matters at various quasi-judicial tribunals, the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Kenya.
Ms. Nyamweya is an integral part of the team handling commercial arbitration, corporate commercial briefs, pension briefs, governance and legal audits and general consultancy as well as procurement advisory.
